I find it really hard to find the perfect bagel in my country. They are either too sweet, too salted or too calories dense so they don’t often work for me.
Instead of dreaming about them, I’ve decided to try and make them myself. They are clearly not perfect, as you can see, but keep in mind that this is not the traditional way they are usually made.
