Ingredients:
- oats – 318 g
- coconut flakes – 41 g
- dried cranberries – 66g
- chia seeds – 8g
- flax seeds – 10g
- protein powder of your choice – 30 g
- maple syrup- 175g
Instructions:
- Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the maple syrup and make sure everything is incorporated (you might need to add more syrup or you can add 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Put the mixture on a tray with parchment paper and put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown (stir carefully from time to time so that everything gets cooked)

- for a 47g portion: 199 calories – 5.1g fats; 30.7g carbs; 6g protein
- for 100g: 430 calories – 10.9g fats; 66g carbs; 12.9g protein
