Been a while…and while I was torn between having no idea what to write about, and wanting to write about everything I’ve managed to put my creativity into, something that I actually needed myself – a digital weight loss tracker.
If you’ve been around for some time now, you will know that I have a love-hate relationship with losing weight. I’ve shared more healthy recipes on my Instagram during these years, as this is how I actually started this whole blogging thing. It is a bit abandoned now, as the Instagram algorithm is something else, but I’ve slowly found my place again on TikTok under another name. There, I share bits of my life, and while infinitely scrolling for looking better tips, and coming across the 75-day hard challenge, I figure that I don’t really want the pressure of it, so I’ve made my own.

While I’ve been on a journey to lose weight for many years, I’ve come to the realization that most of the time, I could easily correlate the food I ate with the emotion I felt. Tracking them together made me stick to my weight loss journey and aware about what my body actually needed.
Over the past two years, I’ve grown to love digital planning, as my work as a dentist also involves writing appointments and notes about my cases, so if I am everywhere with my iPad, why not also track my food along with my emotions in it? I was already familiar with digital notes on my iPad, as I’ve used it quite a lot during my uni years, and GoodNotes still remains my favorite app for this. (I go more in-depth about notetaking apps here).
Sp here we are now, with not my first digital product, but with the one that is helping me slowly achieve my goal of being healthy and happy.
Whether you’re just starting or looking to maintain momentum, “Commit” is the perfect tool to help you stay organized, focused, and motivated as you work toward a healthier and happier you. Take the first step and make the next 100 days count!
