- 1 big zucchini, chopped;
- 2 slices of raw salmon, cut;
- 1 small onion;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 1 pack of Philadelphia cream cheese (you can use the light, low fat version too);
- Salt and pepper;

INSTRUCTIONS:
- The first thing you will want to do is to make sure you lay over all your needed ingredients. This will make your job super easy later so make sure every ingredient is chopped or on your table;
- Fill a pot with water, add some salt then put your pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package;
- In a pan, put 2 teaspoons of butter along with the garlic and the onion and cook them until golden brown on medium to high heat;
- Put over the zucchini and cook them for another 5-10 minutes until they get softer. Make sure you stir gently from time to time with a wooden spoon;
- After your zucchini are done, put them aside on a plate;
- Add again 2 teaspoons of butter in the same pan and add the salmon. Cook until it get’s a nice brown color – 7 minutes should be enough;
- By the time you finish with these steps your pasta should be done too so strain them and place them back in the pot;
- Add on top of the pasta, the cooked zucchini and the cooked salmon, the entire cream cheese pack then stir them gently all together with a wood spoon;
- Now add salt and pepper to your taste and enjoy a quick and delicious meal!
