Cheese Scrambled Eggs | Quick breakfast ideas

I know that sometimes is hard waking up in the morning and have to decide what you are going to have for breakfast, what should you cook or if you even have to eat at all. Well, don’t worry, here’s a quick and healthy idea of what you should have in the morning.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 slices of cheese
  • 1 slice of bread
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • a pan


  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs along with a little bit of salt and pepper;
  2. Cut the cheese in small pieces and add it in the bowl where you’ve prepared the eggs;
  3. Heat a pan up with some olive oil the add your mixture and stir slowly until the eggs are cooked;
  4. Toast a slice of bread while the eggs are cooking and add your cheese scrambled eggs on top;
  5. Optional: cut a tomato and serve on the side, it taste amazing along with your dish;
