When it comes to procrastinating you can easily say that I am the master of the reverse Pomodoro method (I study for 5 minutes and take a break for 25 minutes) so planning everything I have to do in a certain day is an amazing way to stay on top of my tasks.
I use five ways to plan but the most used of them all is definitely my Google Calendar which I can’t recommend enough. Continue reading to see all the things I use to stay on top of things.

1.GOOGLE CALENDAR
MY CALENDAR SETUP

HOW A WEEK LOOKS LIKE

As you can see, I track almost everything. Google Calendar is a great way to not miss any payment, deadline or exams. I also put the days when I have to use my face mask or do a workout. Google Calendar is somehow my personal assistant and I swear is a great way to keep a procrastinator like me very organized.
Most of the times I know exactly at what hour an event is taking place so I put it in the calendar accordingly. For the events without an hour, I just place them as an all day event (like my Netflix payment).
2.MY BULLET JOURNAL

I mostly use my bullet journal at home and if you want to read more about how I set it up and use it during one month you can check all my posts about it here.
3.THE NOTE APP ON MY IPHONE

The Note app on my iPhone is used whenever I have a quick though about something. I also have some folders in there for recipes, quotes, books I want to read or movies that I want to watch. It’s a nice way to keep track of everything when you don’t always carry your bullet journal around as me.
4. MY IPHONE REMINDERS APP
I mainly use this one for any pills that I have to take during the day as well as more important tasks as blog posts or urgent school projects. I schedule the event a certain day with an attached alarm.
5. STICKY NOTES

I got the sticky notes idea from Vegan Holly who used to use them a lot when she was in college. I have some always on my desk and I use it whenever I have a quick idea or some To-Do’s in that day. I alternate them with my bullet journal for my everyday tasks or plans. I also use them a lot during my exams so I can track how many pages/subjects I learned more quickly.
5 things I do before heading into 2024.
