If you find yourself in a part of the world that is now confronting with the COVID-19 virus, you might wanna stay inside especially for you health, and for the health of others.
In my country, all the pre-schools, schools and universities are now closed for 30 days so I am staying home. I only go out to do some quick food shoppings and then I come home. Even though these 30 days of “holiday” resemble much with my summer holiday I chose not to treat it like a true time off. We are now getting our university courses online as well as different tasks so I have to somehow stay on top of my uni work.
Leaving aside my little introduction, here are some thinks you can do to make the most of your free days.
PIN ME FOR LATER

Ok, so let’s say that you’ve spend the first couple of days staying in bed all day, watching movies and eating everything you wanted but that really has to stop, right?
MAKE A PLAN
Take your bullet journal, your planner or a piece of paper and write everything you have to do the next day. Try to create a task for each part of the day so you will not be caught in staying in bed all day. If you work from home or if you have some study to do, make sure to plan it in the first part of the day.

Wake up, drink coffee, maybe squeeze in a quick workout then get to work. Allocate 2-3 hours depending on how much work you have. Then cook something healthy, because well now, you have time and then you can easily relax with a movie or a TV Show. After you are done watching it, read 50 pages of a book and then maybe clean your bathroom. Eat dinner, drink a glass of wine, your day is now done and you had achieved something.
READ A BOOK
I heard someone say that if you only read 50 pages a day you will be able to read a medium book in about a week or so. Great right? Here are the next 3 books that are now on my timetable waiting to be read.

- Atomic Habits by James Clear – check it out here;
- Sapiens – A Brief History of Human Kind by Yuval Noah Harari – check it out here;
- Factfulness by Hans Rosling – check it out here;
WATCH SOMETHING ON NETFLIX
One of the first thing I recommend watching on Netflix is the mini series Explanied . I loved it and it also has an episode explaining the next pandemic.

Other great things you can watch are:
- Friends
- Gilmore Girls
- Pandemic
- The Crown
- Mind Hunter
- Spenser Confidential
- Darkest Hour
- Anne With an E
- The Coldest Game
CLEAN AND DECLUTTER
This is something I also plan to do. I clean my room once a week but the rest of the house takes a bit more. So, take a piece of paper, divide it for every room you plan to clean then write everything you have to declutter and check them off as you go.

MEDITATE
Now it’s a great time to start meditating. You can try apps like Calm or Headspace. I have to be honest here, I don’t have a lot of experience with meditation but I really want to start now with just 5 minutes a day at the beginning. If you are a pro when it comes to meditation, please leave your tips in the comments down below.
