The perfect poached egg

Have you ever thought of some amazing, delicious and quick way to have your eggs in the morning? If your answer is “Yes” then, I’ve got you covered with a simple yet delicious recipe! If your answer is “No”, well, then you can still read this and maybe surprise someone with your new cooking technique!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • one pot and some water

Instructions:

  1. The first thing you need to do is heat up the water with salt and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar;
  2. When the water is almost boiling crack the egg/eggs in the water and wait until they become all white (like the one in the picture) – it shouldn’t take longer than 3 minutes or so;
  3. Grab the egg with a spatula that has holes in it and serve it as you want;

Quick tip: I really like to serve my poached egg on a slice of toast with some avocado, tomatoes and feta cheese.
