Workouts that I like to do

I am not a huge fan of working out, but sometimes when my motivation kicks in I like to do some workouts that are quick but yet effective!
The first ones that I really love doing are the ones from Lucy Wyndham-Read YouTube channel  . She is such an amazing person and she puts a lot of work into her everyday videos. I have to admit, that I never did her monthly challenge but you can see some amazing results on her Instagram. Even though her workouts are quick my body is shaking like crazy after.
Another ones that I like and discover recently are the ones from Leslie Sansone  amazing for those of you who like to walk and tone your body in the same time.
The last ones are the ones from Joanna Soh she has a mix of exercises and diet related video on her channel so you should check it out.
Finally, when I don’t feel like doing a lot of moves and jumping around my room, I just hop on my treadmill for half an hour and that’s it.
