This year was the year that I have decided to change most of the things in my bullet journal. One of the main things is that I didn’t want to wait until the end of the year then migrate a lot of things in my new bullet journal so this one is going to start in October 2021 and hopefully end in December 2022.
I have found that it bugged me when I had to move a lot of university things from my old bujo to my new one, so the best solution was to start a new bullet journal when I am starting a new semester.
FUTURE LOG
For my future log, I went with a calendar layout that contains a month on a single page. I’ve found that I didn’t use my last future log that much (that was on two pages) so I minimize everything. I am going to use this for any upcoming events that may occur later in the year.
The calendar starts from October 2021 and ends with December 2022.

TRACKING DIFFERENT THINGS
This time I am tracking the books that I’ve read, loved music, movies, and tv-shows. I have kept this spread pretty minimalistic because last time I’ve drawn something I felt that it looked bad after a couple of months, so this time I stuck to something basic.

On the right page I have my “Year in Pixels” page that is going to last from October 2021 to December 2022.

FIRST SEMESTER OF UNIVERSITY OVERVIEW
This one is getting 2 blank pages for now as I do not really have any great ideas for it. I think I am just going to write down my classes + the requirements for each one.
CURRENT MONTH
I got the inspiration for this layout from Claudia Kai’s YouTube channel and it felt like the perfect one for me. It includes space for my personal life, university, blog, and also a space for any upcoming and uncategorized to-dos. Also, it has a space on the second page where you can also track your habits – so everything is pretty much on the same page.

ONE LINE A DAY
Kept this one for my old bullet journal too as I think it is a nice alternative for when you don’t feel like journaling. You basically write one sentence, or two with the highlight of each day in the current month.

ROLLING WEEKLY
I decided to use Claudia Kai’s idea also when it comes to my future tasks. She uses this thing called “rolling weekly” where you write all your tasks then trace a line from the task to the date it goes with (check her YouTube for more information on this and she explains it in a video). I went with this layout because I thought that this one it’s the best for the things that you have to do but you don’t have a specific date for them.
