Summer smoothie

If you are like me (lazy in the morning) and you prefer to do a minimal effort when it comes to preparing your breakfast, then this is the easiest and quicker breakfast you can have.


  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • A little bit of ginger
  • Coconut water / regular water or coconut / almond milk – (add as much/little as you want. Less for a smoothie consistency or more for a juicy texture)


  1. Blend them all together until they reach your desire consistency and then pour it in your favourite cup.
